The film is about a photographer (Shinya Tsukamoto) who is a freak-obsessed person bringing back a blood-drinking woman (Tomomi Miyashita) from Tokyo's underworld and his life may completely transform because of this woman. Now, this man becomes a serial killer who drains the blood of his victims for the sake of this woman.
