The film deals with the story of a New York avenger transit policeman planning to steal the 'Money Train' that carries the daily returns to the transport authority. It is a dangerous task as his adoptive brother, a fellow policeman, must decide whether to prevent what will happen or he joins to be on the same path with his brother.
