Tamil Nadu Arunachalam is a handsome man who has decided to provide sanitary pads to poor women in rural areas where women used cloth or foliage. He did not succeed in his mission, where many opposed him, especially his family, and decided to try it himself by removing the uterus from the bladder and filling the blood of goats in it. The man was walking around with the bladder and his goal was to check the rate of absorption of the sanitary napkins he provided.
