The film embodies the life of a young Australian boy named Dylan who has a passion for flying as he tries to fulfill his dream he always has. One day, the boy enters a new competition in the World Paper Aircraft Championships in Japan. Within a short period, this young boy continued to face the distraction and hostility of the school bully, as did his father, still saddened by the death of his mother in a car accident, and his main competitor, which puts him in a new predicament.
