Viktor Rostavilli , one of the most notorious drug lords in Soviet Union,after unsuccessful ambush to get Viktor down . Viktor could kill many Soviet cops and run away from Moscow to the United States. Discreet Soviet cop Ivan Danko traced him to the US where he found himself forced to cooperate with talkative local american detective-sergeant Art Ridzik to hunt Viktor down and revenge his partner who was shoot during the trap.
