The movie is about Robocop, who remains the only person who can do something in front of that police chasing them. During this period, Cain, the gang leader, was killed while confronting Robocop, as OCP turned him into Robocop 2. In those moments, Murphy must confront him again, because Cain did not forget what had really happened.
