Sarah (Elizabeth Olsen) is working with her father (Adam Trese) and uncle (Eric Sheffer Stevens) to renovate an old family home to prepare it for sale. When trapped inside her family's lakeside retreat, she can't contact the outside world as supernatural forces haunt the house with mysterious energy and consequences.
