Sling Blade

When Carl Childs is released from the mental hospital, things seem to be going wrong. Carl spent most of his life in that hospital after killing his mother and lover. Carl begins a new life in a small town, where he befriends a boy named Frank and devises a way to save Frank a jitter that almost certainly grows in his memory.
