The Glimmer Man

The story is about Jack Cole, a former government activist who now works as a detective in Los Angeles. Over time, Jack finds himself forced to work with fellow police officer Jim Campbell to solve a series of mysterious killings by a murderer nicknamed the 'family man,' where that story seems more than it should be said to be vague.
