The film explores the story of Thaddeus (RZA), a person with severe wounds near a Chinese town in the nineteenth century. In order to heal him, this young man was brought up by the miner Li Hong (Dustin Nguyen) and his wife Ah Ni (Eugenia Yuan) for asylum. During this period, the young man was cured, as he became entrenched in a struggle that puts the city's residents against the evil master Hu (Carl Ng) and the infamous Beetle clan. Things seem to be on a different path as the moderate Kung turns into a deadly warrior in this dangerous epic someday.
