In this film, the obsessed Dr. Reese (Jonathan Reese Myers) begins regenerating genes, while he captures the psyche of Gabriel Howarth (Cam Gigandette), a young man whose life is turned upside down due to some of his dreams. Meanwhile, Gabriel's dreams reflect political assassinations, as he races with his life not only to save himself and his wife, Brian (Brett Shaw).
