In an isolated strange village in the old distant Pennsylvania, where its people live in peace with each other and follow restricted rules, as it's forbidden for anyone of the surrounding areas to enter their village and vice versa, and incidents come to climax when a strange man named Lucius Hunt enters the village to have medical supplies, the thing that turns down the life and the safety of people in the village.
