The life of a successful businessman, Louis Winthrop, who enjoys with a comfortable life as a successful firm owner, has been changed completely, when he makes a deal with his brother, as he takes the lifestyle of a bigger, Billy Ray, who has no job, no home, he has just a girlfriend, the thing that makes him struggle against coping with such hard life.
