In a small American town in the early 1980s, there is a serious incident that changes the course of things in the entire region. In that area, a resident was shot dead in front of about 60 residents of the town, but there was no real reaction from these people. One of the strange things about this case is that these witnesses completely deny that they saw anything related to the case.
