It is a series of criminal events that are reported by US police chief Bill Hixon, who has decided to embark on a new experience in Lincolnshire with his 14-year-old daughter Kelsey. In this new society where Bill lives, he always tries to escape a painful past about his daughter. Now, Bill faces a new path in the new society where he is forced to ask for everything about himself.
