Ian S. Peterson

Ian S. Peterson is an award-winning Artist from Silicon Valley California.He has been performing since the age of seven after he started teaching himself various performing skills such as magic tricks, juggling, and unicycling. After joining productions with his school and theatre companies around the peninsula, he has been fortunate enough to participate in over 50 productions. He was president of an ITS drama club, directed/performed for an improv troupe, and has won several awards for performance including The La Entrada Theatre Department Award, Best Actor in a Play, Best Improv Actor, Best Lead in a Production, Thespian of the Year, and The Lillian Disney Scholarship.After auditioning and then being accepted into multiple BFA Acting programs, Ian is thrilled to join the California Institute of the Arts' Class of 2022 BFA acting program. CalArts as a conservatory and its acting program is among the most exclusive and highly ranked in the nation. The Hollywood Reporter ranks it as one of the best Drama Schools for an Acting Degree.Ian is now working professionally as a Film/TV/Commercial actor in Los Angeles.Aside from performing, Ian is a USCG Captain and enjoys sailing, making films, fitness, riding the unicycle, singing, playing the piano, computer graphic design, web design, and creating weekly sketches.
