Jeffrey Oliphant

Jeffrey Oliphant was born in Miami, Florida. The last of eight children, he was raised by his mother who worked as a live-in Nurse and a restaurant cook to make ends meet. Jeffrey's brothers and sisters provided the watchful eyes his mother needed while she provided for the family. The siblings often put on talent shows for guests and neighborhood friends whether it be singing, dancing, or skits. It wasn't long before young Jeffrey caught the entertainment bug and also began performing with them.After graduating college Jeffrey moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. His ability to write songs and lyrics helped stabilize him as he cultivated his acting craft at Playhouse West Repertory Theater. Since that time Jeffrey has steadily performed improv and sketch comedy namely with his sketch comedy group Gibbon's Tail which features a diverse group of LA's fresh and emerging talent. Show less «
