Jonathan Sheldon

Jonathan Sheldon is a filmmaker, an author, and a songwriter. His current film "Swing State" released by Netflix, marks his screenwriting and directorial feature-film debut. The indie political comedy garnered Mr. Sheldon best director accolades at the Downtown Los Angeles Film Festival and was picked up by distributor The Orchard. Starting in music, Sheldon was signed to MCA records where he recorded and wrote songs professionally for a decade. He then ventured into film working for filmmakers Mark and Michael Polish producing several well regarded independent films and co-authored a book on filmmaking called "The Declaration of Independent Filmmaking"(Harcourt/Brace).
