Mike Mitchell Jr.

Mike Mitchell Jr is an actor/singer/songwriter born in Kingston, Jamaica. He came to the United States with his parents and 2 siblings at the age of 6.He has appeared in commercials, short films, print ads, voice-overs, and the stage-regionally and in New York.He appeared Off-Broadway in Chuckleball: Jailhouse Jocks, the sports version of "Forbidden Broadway" which ran for a limited engagement at the Snapple Theatre Center on 50th & Broadway in New York City. The show poked fun at various sports stars. Portraying over 15 characters in the 90-minute show, Mike went from Barry Bonds, OJ Simpson, Don King, to Serena Williams and Marian Jones, to name a few. He appeared on NJ Channel 2 news to promote the show, and sang the national anthem with the cast at Giants Stadium for over 75,000 people as well as Madison Square Garden for over 35,000 people.He has toured nationally with musicals and lived in Japan for 3 months, appearing as the lead singer in Tokyo Disney's special event show, "Power of Music."His album "Around The Corner" is available on iTunes and Amazon.com. It features 12 original songs, written, produced, and performed by Mike Mitchell Jr.He is the creator/writer/star of the proposed TV Series "The Boys Who Brunch."Mike is also a private pilot.
