Otto Delaney (played by show creator Kurt Sutter) is a SAMCRO member who has been in prison since at least 1999. He looks out for the club's interests on the inside and his loyalty seemingly knows no bounds. His one weak spot is anything regarding his wife Luann, Gemma's best friend, who produces porn movies. He still has strong feelings for her despite having been separated from her by prison for more than two decades.Otto isn't afraid to take or give a beating; some of the most vicious attacks in the series are either inflicted upon or doled out by Otto. He doesn't seem to care at all whether he lives or dies. He is intelligent and although he may seem to be acting out of sheer brutality, there is usually a reason behind his violent actions.
