In an attempt to have a promotion and gain money, Deakins, a U.S air force pilot, who is cruel and a corrupted man, has stolen two warheads, in order to use them to blackmail the government and have a promotion, but he has defeated by a young courageous and loyal pilot Hal, who stands in his way to achieve his evil plan.
