The life of an ordinary poor guy named Russell who has a miserable life with his brother, Rodney, in the Rust Belt, has been changed completely when RUssell is falsely taken to prison, the thing that affects badly on Rodney, who finds himself involved in a dangerous gang that forces him to commit crimes. After releasing Russell from prison, incidents come to climax.
