The film tells of a secret agent who is wrongly accused of assassinating world leaders as he tries to escape from everyone around him. This man is fighting a new war against everyone around him as he must escape from his allies and become a unilateral force. Perhaps this force is helping again to stop what would become the third world war in the eyes of many.
