In this film, masked bandits are stolen known as the 'Iron Monkey'. They tried to steal this iron monkey from the corrupt authorities as a masked thief to give to the poor, as another martial artist / doctor is forced to chase him against everyone's will. There appears to be a major threat uniting them as a powerful and traitorous monk takes over the power unexpectedly
