Season 7 starts in a whole new and different way, with Jack helping terrorists kidnap the ousted prime minister as the FBI agent and the president's husband face a serious risk. On the other hand, the president defies the deadly demands, while Jack and his colleagues in the counterterrorism unit evacuate an FBI agent and wire up the ousted prime minister.
