Downton Abbey - Season 3
Trailer
In the third season, we return to a wide range of dramatic events. We start the season in the spring of 1920, where wedding guests descend at Downtown Abbey, which seems to contain many disasters and a great struggle between two members of the household. On the other hand, the family is trying to convince Martha to have a lavish dinner party. Edith and Sir Anthony face a very disastrous moment. Ms. Hughes is also facing a crisis that may change many things and Crowleys is eagerly awaiting the new addition to the family soon.

June 29, 2016 The superb cast manages to rise above the often-terrible writing, though sometimes you can almost catch them wincing as they deliver the truly awful lines.

June 29, 2016 It is by turns high-minded and lowbrow, hilarious and heartbreaking, and filled with heartfelt performances by actors who are clearly enjoying not only digging into their characters but playing off of one another.

June 29, 2016 Since Downton has just been renewed for a fourth season, perhaps Fellowes can begin taking more time with the writing to let events play out more realistically and treat his characters with the respect they've earned.

June 29, 2016 This is put-your-feet-up, pour-a-brandy television, a tasty import that's good company for a culture undergoing its own sometimes dizzying shifts.

June 29, 2016 Were we in fact set up to fall in love with Downton Abbey? It hardly matters, because at this point, we'd follow the Crawleys over a cliff.
