A few notes on my preferences: 1 - The kitchen with the stone walls and lack of cupboards. I prefer counters, the area you placed cupboards would be my pantry - I prefer my dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen proper. And the stone walls would be hard to clean - even with a hood, grease gets into the air and, combined with dust, would be hard to get off that surface. 2 - The distressed wood and lockers say to me - here, I was too lazy to fini9sh these properly so you have too - hope you don't get paint on the floors. 3 - The buillt in that was torched - here's a pretty case that was taken out of a house that had a fire - now you, too, can know what it is like to have a fire. 4 - I abhor all white! White makes things look like an institution or from the 50s era. At least use calm colors like tan, soft yellow, light greys, etc. to give a place a homey feel. // You need to think about the house cleaning when doing homes. Rough surfaces are hard to clean and catch all kinds of dust, hair/fur and such.

Glad to see some of the items completely removed rather than broken down and trashed. I'm a person who tries to reuse/repurpose things and just hate it when a building show trashes things that others could reuse. For a tub, I really don't like freestanding ones; I feel safer with built-ins. Also like handrails 'cause you don't need to be handicapped to need a rail to help you up and down and for extra safety in the shower or tub.
