It's the story of a 25-year-old paramedic who has a hidden ability. Toby only began exploring his possibilities with his long-time mentor, Dr. Ray Mercer and his active paramedic partner 'Oz' Bey over time. For a long time, Tobi has been trying to help people in crisis along the road because of his capacities.
